We offer a personal one to one property service. Our aim is to provide an efficient, friendly and professional service that takes the stress out of your property transaction. We handle both residential and commercial transactions.  In addition, we can advise on planning issues.


FAMILY LAW

We provide sensitive and caring support to clients with family difficulties and can advise you on all aspects of your situation irrespective of whether you are married, living with your partner, or contemplating separation or divorce. We will work with you to protect your children’s interests. This may involve deciding how to maintain contact with both parents, and arranging for the children’s financial stability. We try to achieve solutions through negotiation but, if necessary, we will apply to the court for orders such as a Residence Order or Contact Order. The firm  also handles public care proceedings involving children.


CIVIL LITIGATION

We can attempt a negotiated resolution to your dispute, but if that is not possible, then we will prepare and issue court action and take your case through to trial. If you are involved in a dispute with another individual or company we can advise you on your chances of success and the possible value of your claim. We can negotiate on your behalf and if necessary commence or defend proceedings. We can act for you in various disputes including:

DEBT COLLECTION

Before embarking on legal action, we investigate the financial status of the debtor. There is no point in throwing good money after bad and so we investigate each case realistically and apply our expertise to recover your money quickly and economically.

EMPLOYMENT LAW

Employment law touches the working lives of everyone employed by another person or business. We can offer advice and representation to both employers and employees. We can advise on various areas of Employment Law, including:
