The best part of my work is inspecting all sorts of old documents and discovering old walk-ways, understanding boundaries and learning about new bylaws and old statutes. There is quite a bit of this in Westbury. I am pleased to bring this knowledge and considerable experience to my role in residential property legal work which involves a good deal of communication with estate agents, planning departments, The Land Registry and the officers at Wiltshire Council with their interesting vaults of maps. There are some unique properties in and around Westbury that come on the market from time to time which confirms that there is so much of historical value here.
